  • Anyone with a product or an idea that needs making, who doesn't have the manufacturer, the quotes, or the confidence they're not being overcharged. Whether you're an established business adding to your range or making something for the first time.

  • You send me the product: what it is, rough quantities, any references. I research and shortlist suppliers who can make it, get and compare quotes, flag the ones worth your time, and hand you a clear recommendation with the numbers side by side.

  • A shortlist of three vetted manufacturers, a like-for-like quote comparison, and a straight recommendation on who to use and what it should cost — plus an introduction so you can pick up the conversation.

  • Around two weeks, depending on the category and how quickly suppliers come back.

  • Anyone taking a product from idea to made: a business launching a new range, or someone with a single custom piece and no idea where to start. You want it developed properly — the right specification, the right maker, samples signed off, a first order placed — without it becoming a full-time project on your desk.

  • We scope the product together. I develop the specification, source and manage the manufacturer, run the sample rounds, check the pre-production sample, and see the first order through to delivery. You approve at each gate; I run the rest.

  • A finished, production-ready product and a supplier relationship you can reorder from — the whole route from brief to first delivery, run for you.

  • Scoped per project. Most sit between four and ten weeks depending on category, sampling, and lead times.
