Hello, I'm Larissa
I take products from brief to shelf, and I build the operations that drive and sustain the business as it grows.
Over the past fifteen years I've worked across fashion, accessories, homeware, gifting, knitwear and stationery, taking products from first idea to finished range. I've worked with luxury brands, sustainable start-ups and founder-led businesses where I built the entire operation from scratch.
My work runs the full length of that: developing the product itself, from concept through sourcing, samples and production, and then building the operation that gets it made and out to customers reliably.
I come into businesses that are already selling. Orders are going out. Customers are buying. But underneath, the way the business runs hasn't kept up with how far it's come.
That's the work I enjoy most: finding the constraint everything else is queuing behind, fixing it properly, and leaving the business easier to run than I found it.
Alongside that, I've built my own product business, from original illustration through to manufacturing, wholesale and fulfilment. I got plenty wrong building it, and the mistakes that mattered were commercial and operational.
What I do
Product development — taking a product from brief to production-ready, across categories: gifting, homeware, stationery, accessories, fashion
Sourcing and supplier management — finding the right manufacturer, comparing and negotiating quotes, and running production through to delivery
Commercial and product strategy — range decisions, pricing, and getting the numbers right before anything's committed
Operational diagnosis — mapping how a business actually runs and finding the one thing holding everything else up
Process and workflow design — rebuilding the day-to-day so it stops routing through one person
Systems that survive delegation — making the work repeatable, so you can hire, step back, or take a week off
Hands-on support — working alongside owners while the changes actually bed in
Who I work with
Owners launching a new product or range who want it developed and made properly, not just advised on
Founder-led product businesses that have outgrown the way they're run
Owners who've become the bottleneck and can't take a day off without the business grinding to a halt
Brands growing faster than their operations can handle
Product businesses in gifting, homeware, stationery, food, and lifestyle
Operations and product strategy — operational problem-solving, frameworks, data, and practical insights.
