Background

I spent 15 years building operations systems for luxury fashion brands and product startups. I know operations, supply chain, production planning, and strategic systems inside out. I know what breaks and why.

I also ran my own product business for 3 years. That experience taught me exactly where operational challenges hit hardest—particularly for solo operators working with real constraints (time, budget, limited resources).
