Hello, I'm Larissa

I work out where product businesses lose time and money, and rebuild how they run.

I've spent fifteen years taking products from concept to shelf — across luxury brands, sustainable startups, and founder-led businesses where I built the entire operation from scratch. Fashion, homeware, gifting, accessories, knitwear, stationery. I know how these businesses are made, and I know how they break.

Increasingly, my work is about the operations around the product, not only the product itself. I come into a business that's running well enough to be busy but not well enough to breathe, find the bottleneck everything else is waiting on, and rebuild the day-to-day so it stops depending on the owner being in every decision. Sometimes that's a content workflow. Sometimes it's how orders get fulfilled. Usually it's whatever one person has quietly become the only one able to do.

I've also built my own product business, from original artwork through to manufacturing and fulfilment, and got plenty wrong doing it. That's exactly why I can spot the same mistakes in someone else's operation in an afternoon. I've been the person everything waited on. I know how a business ends up there, because I built one that did.

What I do

  • Operational diagnosis — mapping how a business actually runs and finding the one thing holding everything else up

  • Process and workflow design — rebuilding the day-to-day so it stops routing through one person

  • Systems that survive delegation — making the work repeatable, so you can hire, step back, or take a week off

  • Commercial and product strategy — range decisions, pricing, and getting the numbers right before anything's committed

  • Product development — concept to production-ready, across categories, when a business needs the hands-on version

  • Hands-on support — working alongside owners while the changes actually bed in

Who I work with

  • Founder-led product businesses that have outgrown the way they're run

  • Owners who've become the bottleneck and can't take a day off without the business grinding to a halt

  • Brands growing faster than their operations can handle

  • Product businesses in gifting, homeware, stationery, food, and lifestyle
